Welcome,
Our home-based playgroup for 3 to 5-year olds is located in Trumbull, CT. We are a holistic community that focuses on emotional health, nurturing cooperation, kindness and compassion. Children are supported to develop in their own time and their own way.
Our playgroup is often children's first experience of a drop off program. We support a gentle transition into our program with mom being close by until their child is ready. There is never any pressure to rush this process.

What is your background?
I have a BA in Psychology with a concentration in child develpment from Quinnipiac University, certifications in relaxation coaching, pediatric massage, and holistic health coaching. In addition, I have over 4o year of experience working with young children including owning and operation The Children's Corner of Fairield, a nationally accredited early childcare program.

Is this a year round program?
Yes
Do I need to commit to the year?
We understand that things change in your life and you may need to leave the program. We just ask that you give 2 weeks notice.
What days are you open?
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30-12:30
What is the cost?
During the initial transition into the program, your child might not be ready to attend for the whole morning. There is a charge of $20/hour. When they are ready for the whole morning, the cost is
$50/morning.
How many children are in each group?
4-6 children
Do I pay if I miss a day that my child is signed up? Yes, you pay regardless if your child is here or not BUT, you are able to make up the day, except during the summer months(July and August) when you can pay as you go.
Do you close during the year?
We are closed from Christmas Eve through New Year's Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Memorial Day and July 4th. These days are not paid holidays.
Do you close for snow days?
No
Is lunch served?
Yes, children bring a cold lunch each day. We are a nut free environment.
