Mommy and Me Enrichment Class for 6 to 9-year-olds ~ Nutrition for Peaceful and Positive Mind and Body-Saturday

Gather with a small group of like minded moms and their 6 to 9-year-olds to socialize, bond and fill your toolbox with tips to bring more peace and positivity into your home. Did you know that the food you eat effects not only your physical health, but your emotional health too? Ever wonder if you should be giving your child vitamins?  In this session, you will learn how to use foods  and supplements to calm your child's mind and body while boosting his/her immune system. Siblings are welcome for an additional $10/sibling to be paid the day of the event.
