Mommy and Me Massage Playgroup for 2 to 5-year-olds ~Nutrition for Peaceful Mind and Body-Wednesday

Gather with a small group of like minded moms and their child to socialize, bond and fill your toolbox with tips to bring more peace and positivity into your home. Did you know that the food you eat effects not only your physical health, but your emotional health too? Ever wonder if you should be giving your chid vitamins?  Learn how to use foods  and supplements to calm your child's mind and body while boosting his/her immune system. Siblings are welcome for an additional $10/sibling to be paid the day of the event.
