The number of children and teens who experience anxiety increases by the day due to such things as fast- paced schedules, separation anxiety, new environments, crowds of people, chaotic homes, fast growth, loud noises, academic and social pressures, poor nutrition, divorce of parents, new sibling, move to new house, family financial struggles, etc.
As parents, we want nothing more than for our children to be happy and healthy.
